Tips:
You can keep the frittata warm in the turned off oven or by covering with a lid or foil. If you do not have an oven safe skillet place the sautéed vegetables in a casserole dish and place the beaten eggs on top. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Make your frittata with egg whites to reduce calories and carbs by 2/3 and eliminate cholesterol. Please note this will eliminate vitamin A, vitamin D, and folate, all of which are found in the yoke. |
