Pizza ready to serve!
Create a pan style pizza crust crispy on the outside and soft inside with gluten free English muffins.  Prepare an array of favorite toppings and allow family and guests to make individualized personal pizzas. Pop them in a preheated oven for a few minutes and your gluten free pizzas are ready to serve.

Ingredients:
Gluten Free English Muffins
Tomato or Mariana sauce
Toppings - meats, onion, peppers, olives, meat
Chopped spinach
Pizza/Italian seasoning or fresh herbs
Cheese product (optional)

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375 degrees F.

Cover a baking sheet with foil for easy clean up.

Find the featured gluten free English Muffin in the frozen food department.  Defrost the muffins in the fridge or counter top or thaw just enough to split in the microwave. Toast lightly in an oven or toaster oven until the top crust is firm to the touch.

Dice your favorite toppings and fresh herbs.

Place a couple of tablespoons of tomato or marinara sauce on the top of the muffin. Sprinkle the toppings and herbs on top. Tear up the slice of rice cheese and top off mini pizza.
Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the sides begin to brown and the rice cheese begins to melt.  Serve and enjoy!

Tips:
Throw a pizza party! Provide traditional English muffins and gluten free English muffins to choose from. Prepare the diced toppings in advance and serve in small dishes like a taco bar. Provide regular cheeses along with rice cheese. Cut pieces of foil large enough to hold the split muffins and write the guests name on it with a pencil. Bake in the oven in cookie sheet batches.
